  1. Activity focus and purpose:
The series contained 6 IPE case discussion activities and other culture experience activities to provide students with the opportunity to learn and practice their international and interprofession communication skills. There were 5 nursing students and 2 pharmacy students from UAMS, and 2 nursing students from Mahidol University joined the activity with 37 nursing students and 19 pharmacy students. The students exhibited friendly and respectful attitudes toward colleagues from different culture and professionals. They also dedicated to the communication and interactions to ensure the simulated patient was properly cared.
  1. Activity features and implementation:
Due to the time conflicts between the students from different professionals, the activities are often hold in the evening. Yet, the students are all actively participate in the discussion. They build mutual understanding and friendship along the series of activities.

Student feedback:
1. Practice English and understand team communication.
2. I am very happy to meet foreign friends that we can communicate and discuss with them.
3. Thank you to the teachers for arranging this course. I feel that I have learned a lot about using English to provide clinical care this time.
4. In this activity, I have a good opportunity to communicate with foreign students and nursing students, learn about different ideas whether culturally or professionally, and learn how to communicate with others. Overal I learned a lot from this class.
5. Through cross-field activities and bilingual learning, I feel that the impression of the course can be deepened.
6. It is a rare opportunity to communicate with international students. Not only can you learn about the thinking of students from different countries under different education systems, but you can also share relevant experiences in the workplace or internship from different countries, which will increase your international perspective.
7. It is very interesting to communicate with the nursing department and foreign students. I learn different perspectives and mainly train how to communicate professional knowledge in English.
8. You can try to speak English, and it is interesting to learn about foreign care environments.
9. Great, thank you teacher.
10. I hope to participate in such an event every year.

Suggestion:
1. There are many nursing care or spiritual issues in the discussion topic, which are difficult to express and provide professional opinions.
2. Regarding the discussion questions with two departments, their repetition is too high. Some questions generally do not have diverse answers. There is no need to discuss them twice.
3. The time schedule can be annonced in advance. Because it is evening, you will inevitably be tired. It would be better if there are other times~
