Target Open to College of Pharmacy students and others interested in genotoxicity testing. About 10 students will be admitted, with priority given to Pharmacy graduate students.

1. Activity focus and purpose :
This workshop will be conducted in English and provide hands-on training in basic toxicology testing. Participants will gain a deep understanding of standard toxicity assays and develop professional skills in product safety assessment. The English-taught format not only enhances students' academic English proficiency (EAP) but also familiarizes them with domain-specific terminology and expressions. Through an immersive English learning environment, participants will build confidence in using English in academic and professional contexts, strengthening their international competitiveness in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and health supplement industries.

4. The workshop was very informative and helped me understand genotoxicity testing clearly. I especially enjoyed learning how to perform the Ames and micronucleus assays. It would be great if future workshops included more hands-on lab sessions or group discussions.

The teacher introduced the health effects of exposure to genotoxic substances. On the first day of the Ames test, the director introduced the experimental procedures.
