Activity Target: Manage "EMI Teacher Growth & Vitality Community", the purpose is to provide a platform for teachers from the College of Pharmacy to communicate on students’ bilingual learning plans ( BEST ) , the event include inviting experts to share teaching experience, EMI Teaching Policy Statement, and assist in EMI teaching techniques and solving implementation dilemmas and difficulties. The experience-sharing activities include inviting experienced speakers to share their insights or observe teaching practices, facilitate collaborative learning effects. It is hoped that through the support of the community, members can achieve outstanding results with half the effort in EMI teaching. Activity Content: The target participants of this event are members of this community, Invite speakers to customize topics relevant to the theme of this community, the EMI assistants serve as course TAs, guiding instructors to participate in mutual sharing of teaching experiences and techniques. After the event, each participating teacher will be asked to complete a questionnaire survey to better align the community with the needs of the teachers.
